Online Registration

We create your online registration site that can collect attendee registration fees, dietary restrictions, travel itineraries, signatures for liability forms, and more.

Venue

We help you select a venue that fits your needs through a venue bidding and selection process.

Contract

Once you have selected your venue, we work with CARM to negotiate with the venue on the terms of your contract.

Event Logistics

We track and communicate to the venue about your rooming list, room setup and Audio-Visual needs, meal selections and meal counts (including special dietary restrictions), final schedule, and more.

On-Site Support

We can provide on-site support for your event based on availability.

Event Budget

We can assist you in thinking through the details of your budget.

Master Timeline

We help you think through the logistics and timeline of your event and help resource you with the materials and templates you need to make your event a success.

Kingdom Building

We are here to assist you in the logistics so you can focus on your ministry and drawing people nearer to the Kingdom of God.

Catering

We'll order your event's meals and snacks and keep track of special food requirements.

Meet the FSC Events Team

Kate Zweber, Events Supervisor

Kate is originally from the cold tundra of Minnesota and lived in the Middle East for two years teaching English where she picked up a love of hospitality. She has been with The Navigators since 2014 in various roles, including the events team most recently. She enjoys music, nature, food, travel, trying new things, and spending time with friends and family.

Charissa Goossen, Events Coordinator

Charissa grew up in a small town in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. After graduating high school, she moved to Minnesota for a few years where she was involved with various ministries. The Lord led her to attend a Discipleship Training School with YWAM in Sydney, Australia and to study counseling at the University of the Nation in Kona, HI. Since then, she has been living in Colorado Springs and joined the Navigators in October of 2021. Charissa enjoys travelling, concerts, music, rainy days, and hanging out with friends and family.

Alana Nelsen, Events Coordinator

Alana is a Colorado native who grew up in the foothills of Beulah on her family’s ranch. She has served in church for several years by leading worship, helping with kid’s ministry and being a youth leader. She moved to Colorado Springs in 2018 after getting married and she joined the Navigators Events Team in July of 2022. Alana enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her husband (and dogs), playing music, being around friends, and eating good food.
