Steve Rugg, FSC Director
Steve is the Director of the Field Support Center. He leads a team of staff that support field ministry in the areas of personnel, finance, events, marketing, communications, and general staff assistance. He also helps to identify systems and processes that could be more effective in this endeavor, and facilitate the necessary improvements. This support allows over 3100 field staff to be more fruitful in advancing the Gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom.
Kelly Fugate, Associate Director
Kelly is the Associate Director of the Field Support Center with The Navigators. She assists Steve with leading staff that support field ministry in personnel, finance, events, marketing, communications, and general staff assistance.
