ABOUT THE FSC​

The Field Support Center (FSC) serves Field staff with dedicated people who are well-trained to carry out their roles, helping us reduce administrative costs and release more energy and resources into the Field. The FSC is composed of:

  • MarCom (Marketing and Communications)
  • Ops Managers

Each team provides administrative support to serve you and your Mission. We formed the FSC teams primarily from people who were already performing these functions in one of the Mission offices. By pulling these people and functions together into the Field Support Center and having dedicated teams to handle each of the functions, we can provide more consistent and higher-quality support in each of these areas.

The leadership team members (Kelly Fugate, Collin Russ, Kate Zweber, and Charissa Goossen) oversee the FSC teams. Kelly leads the FSC. Beth, Collin, Kate, and Charissa provide high-level operational support to the Missions, Cities, and Networks. Kelly also connect to the Field Directors to make sure the Field Support Center is well aligned to the Field.

Websites:

  • Building a Website: 4 – 6 months
  • New Webpages: 3 weeks
  • Website Updates: 1 week

Graphic Design:

  • Graphic Design: 6 weeks
  • Logo Creation: 2 weeks

Writing/Editing:

  • Content Writing: 3 weeks
  • Content Editing: 2 weeks

Video:

  • Local Video Shoot: 3 weeks
  • Travel Video Shoot: 4 weeks
  • Video Editing: 4 weeks
  • Full Video Package (ideation/scripting, shooting, and editing) – 8 weeks

SWAG:

  • Sending SWAG that we have in-house: 3 weeks
  • Sending SWAG that we need to order: 4-6 weeks
