Liaison

Act as a liaison between Field leadership and HQ departments

Needs and Goals

Understand Field needs and goals and help Field leaders define supportive operational components.

Metric Data

Help to identify and utilize key metric data to implement process improvements

Key Initiatives

Provide support to the Field Director Team on key initiatives such as the rollout of the new staff funding policy and fiscal year strategic plans.

Strategic Direction

Establish the strategic direction for the Field Support Center and put practices, policies, and procedures in place to support this direction.

Supervise and Develop

Supervise and develop new and emerging
leaders within National Support Ministries

Coordination

Coordinate requests for assistance from the Field to the Field Support Center team or other HQ departments.
